Experience: as a music teacher

from august 2008 I will be teaching at Tierp Music School. Electric bass

from august 2008 I will also be teaching at Norrtälje Music School. Electric bass, guitarr and ensemble.

Spring 2008; Eskilstuna Musikskola. Electric bass, doublebass and ensemble.

Fall 2006: Norrtälje Musikskola. Electric bass and ensemble teacher.

Spring 2006: music lessons at Katedralskolan.

January 2005 until August 2005: Bolandskolan, musiklinje vid gymnasium (Uppsala, Sweden). Electric bass and ensemble.

September 2003 until 2007: Medborgarskolan (Uppsala). Electric bass teacher and ensemble.

For about 10 years now I have been teaching electric bass privately.

Education

Spring 2008; swedish folkmusic ensemble (Royal College of Music, Stockholm). Studies for Mikael Marin.

July 2005: Berklee jazz clinics in Umbria. (Italy).

August 2003 until May 2006: Stockholms Musikpedagogiska Institut (Stockholm, Sweden). Degree in music education with electric bass and ensemble leading as main focus.

Autumn 2003: private studies with Petter Lindblom, teacher at the Royal School of Music (KMH).

Winter 2002 until Spring 2003: private studies with Jan Adefelt, head of jazz bass department at KMH.

August 1998 until June 1999: London College of Music (at Thames Valley University). First year of the “Bachelor in Popular Music Performance”.

January 1998 until July 1998: The Guitar Institute (basstech), London. Electric bass studies: “Advanced phase I” and “Advanced phase II”.

1993 until 1996: private studies with Carlos Mompeo (Las Palmas, Spain).
